HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
The items are priced and will be charged for in euros. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal.
FOR HOW LONG WILL I HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY GOODS TO ARRIVE?
That depends on your location - from 5 up to 10 Business days. We'll send you the approximate delivery time after the order is placed.
I JUST PLACED MY ORDER. NOW WHAT?
Your order will be processed immediately and we'll contact you within the same business day. We will start the production as soon as we can (usually 2-5 business days), and when they are ready, send them out and mail you a tracking link, the approximate delivery time and other related info. If everything goes well, after a few days you'll receive a notice in the mail and the item in your local post office.
WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you receive your item and it doesn't fit, looks weird or doesn't tickle you in the right way and you want to send it back, please contact us immediately, mentioning the reason what's wrong with the item. We will authorize the return and email you the return address label. We'll refund you shortly after we receive the package back.
